Accessing IADT voicemail internally

Some useful numbers to note while you are using the voicemail system

Listening to messages:

Press 5 to listen to a message
Press 2 to review the last few words of the message
Press 22 to review the whole message
Press 3 to mark a message for deletion (this can be done at any stage during the listening of the message)
Press 8 to find out what time/date the message was left at
Press 99 to exit the voicemail system

Change your voicemail message:

Press 4 followed by 6 to change your voice mail greeting (suggestion: have your new message written down before you start recording)
Press 3 if you wish cancel your voicemail recording (do this while recording the message)
Press 99 to exit the voicemail system
